A privacy-focused route still requires the same rigorous asset, network, address, provider, quote, and wallet-security checks as any other crypto transaction.
Verify asset identity
Match the source and destination network, contract, native or wrapped form, and decimals. A copied symbol is not sufficient evidence of token identity.
Verify the destination
Obtain the address from the intended wallet, check the full value and destination chain, and beware of clipboard malware and address poisoning.
Verify live conditions
Confirm the provider, privacy status, output, minimum received, fees, quote expiry, and deposit instructions immediately before sending. Save the receipt privately.
Protect wallet authority
Never disclose a recovery phrase or private key. Review signatures and approvals, and treat unsolicited support messages as suspicious.
How to read the evidence
Security takes precedence over privacy optimization. A wrong contract, incompatible address, expired deposit instruction, malicious approval, or fake support message can cause loss that no privacy feature can repair. Verify the route from the official interface, keep receipts out of public channels, and never disclose signing secrets. When a transaction is delayed, investigate the existing receipt before sending anything else.
